as long as it is large enough (amps) to handle all the chargers.you dont want to put 4 chargers on a 15 amp PS etc

Yes it is as long as the PS is properly sized. Figure the max wattage (volts x amps) you'll be using the 2 or 3 chargers for. Then add the wattage for each and add 10-20% additional wattage to the total for the inefficiency in the chargers. Get a PS with at least that much output and you're ready to run multiple chargers using that one PS.

I run 3 chargers using a server power supply thats 480+watts.

Here's a link to power supplies that I've used for years. I have the 55 amp model (about 800 watts) and it's able to run six or more battery chargers, and even a tire truing machine. It's a pretty strong unit and it's served me well. When you go with the 45 amp or higher models, they also come with large heatsinks.

+1 I have the 45 amp and use it to run 2 Hyperion DUO chargers.
That means I am charging 4 6500 2s packs at one time.

No doubt those a top flight power supplies, just expensive.

The server PS I bought was $50 shipped and its a regulated output, 42amps at 12.2v.
