please help

thought i would post here since it involves electric.

My dads 8t 2.0(nitro not electric) has a lipo for the receiver, it has an inline regulator. The lipo and regulator are cut so deans could be put on them both. I soldered them both, no problems on the solder job but 2-3 different times the wire breaks right before the deans. Why is this? again , the solder job is good, its still connected to the deans. but the actual wire breaks right before the deans. it like i took wire cutters and cut one of the wires

it is probable where the solder flows in the wire and is breaking there

and the fix?

When you over heat wire it gets brittle afterward. The solder makes it non pliable and you are probably bending it to push it in the radio box.

Use Deans micro connectors since it sounds like the deans is your way of charging it.
