E-revo problem
Hey guys..
I just bought an used e-revo, but now, after clean it a litle bit, I noticed that when the motor spins, each differential spins the wheels in opposite directions.. I mean... if the front wheels spins to the front, the rear one will be spinning to the rear.. I'm a noob, but I'd like to know where is tho problem, so i dont need to diassemble it completly... Any Idea? PS. sorry about the bat english, but i'm Portuguese... Thanks |
The diffs in the revo can be installed upside down in the bulkhead. There should be a mark that says up on them.
|
it is easy just get under the skid plates and turn the diff right side up
|
Look carefully at the exploded pics from Traxxas on the e-revo and figure out which diff is reversed, then fix that one.
Sounds like you have the rear diff in reversed. |
I'm still waiting for the new motor..
to move forward, whatching both driveshafts from the bottom, to where should they spin? Just for me not to have the diassemble both.. Thanks |
The diffs have a big side (side where ring gear is located) and a smaller side.
In the front, the big side is to the right side (looking from rear). In the rear, the big side of the diff is on the left side. |
its an easy mistake to make, putting them in incorrectly, but its an easy fix.

Problem fixed. Thanks to everybody.
Now some questions for a new topic :) |
