Do you mean carbon fiber? If so you can make it yourself just buy a piece from hobbyking.

holy sheep that is expensive for that amount of carbon. you can buy large sheets of scrap carbon on the net from race teams if you look around, thats what I use to build rc airplane hardware and parts from. plus for a piece that size it would come out to like 2 bucks at the most uncut.
