I'm diggin my mbx6 techno conversion, but I might have went with the rc-monster conversion had it been out then. I'd go with that.

MBX6 for sure,

but the conversions depend on what you want from them, Techno is great if you want to retain gas car characteristics. RC monster for bolt on ez. I just digged the easy maintenance and the RC elite motor mount and use that one after having tried the other 2. Pinion swapping is very important to tweeking your milage and handling and NO other conversion makes it as easy as this.

Then use there battery or any other $15 one you find like losi or hyper 9e and your done man.

You know how I feel Chops. I have driven quite a few buggies (not as many as you) and I think the Caster Fusion handles the best out of any buggy I have driven.

I have to agree the Caster fusion is extremely planted and drives extremely well. Plus, Chops I think you drive a little like me and definitely need a fairly durable car. The caster is like a tank is this regard, but not in a slow bulky way. It still turns in better than the Losi's etc that I race against. Just go Caster Chops...dooooooooooooooo it.
