heres a couple of my new paint jobs done by my buddys on SOCAL-RC.COM.the first oic is a pic of our real truck then riceman paint a body to match it for my sc10. great job and yea its all paint

I tried using a hair dryer to heat it up when putting it on, but It did not seem to help. Also the heat seems to have a bad effect on the glue, because when I stick it on something flat, it sticks so good I can barely get it off, but when I heat it , it doesn't seem to stick at all.
But any way It's all I can afford, and I think it looks good enough for me. I have tried to have some stickers done professional, and it cost way more than I can afford or think that it's worth.
I'm using a Graphic program that is similar to Illustrator, it's called Flexi sign, and it allows me to create, manipulate and change just about any thing I want.

The last one was for a kid at the track for Christmas. I figured he would like to put on all the decals himself (have you seen the Blitz decal package
) so I didn't do any logos or headlights or anything.

interesting paper choices...
i started out with avery's clear sticker stock for inkjets. unfortunately, the stock was kinda matte'ish and would rub off.
i then found a website that prints on a paper that then you apply spray of clear acrylic. then you cut them out and soak in water to activate. looks glossy.
gonna try the water proof label and see how that works...

I like this simple design, and it looks good. I'll probably do this myself, but change the white for silver. I'm very novice to painting bodies, so this should be doable for me.

Avery white paper labels (as big as you want) print, and then apply crystal clear packing tape over them. You have to trim by hand but they work really well and last quite a long time unless they get severely wet.
(My "W" logos on my RCGT car are Avery with clear tape over them)
