If buggy go for 2250kv(4168) 80amp or 150amp is fine.

I use 4900-5500mah batt can last 15mins. If it's too fast gear down.

Sp oem from hobbywing.

If u need to run 20min main it's possible but u need 8000mah batts n geared lower.

Here is the only down side I have found so far. They only make two motors for this and both are waaay to big and suck lots of juice. Im running 2x 5600mah 50c Protek's. And only getting 13 min in a race. The good new is a main is only 10 min. But I still get jealous on club races they stick me with the Nitro if not enough E's show up. I cant make a 20min main :-(

These systems are basically Speed Passion V2. Its all made in China now days anyways. Im sure if I went to a 1550kv I would get closer to 20 min.

PS I find it to be more reliable than Tekin but Tekin has more options. $320 for a system or $180 pick your poison!

Thats what I would have thought. But a guy just won my 20 min race with Electric running against Nitro's. Granted he didnt have to pit saved him 5 seconds or less 3's so maybe a total of 15 seconds Total. I TQ'd the race but like I said only lasted 13 min.

But yes If I get another motor its gonna be the 1700kv. But not ready to spend another $200 just for a motor. When the 2250kv is doing the job. PS I have it turned down to #4 on the Punch settings.

Yes but 2250kv to 2000kv doesnt seem like enough drop to make the change. Or it might.

I run 2x 2s just so I can also use the batts in my 1/10 scale cars come indoor season!

Yes plz let me know what you think. I just might get one. the 2000kv motor looks to be a slight bigger motor but no worries I have plenty of room in my RC8e. Ive heard it has more torque so like most brush-less just gear it higher. Is my guess. But this is my first year for 1/8e's and the weather this year hasnt been to kind.
