Default Fast motor cooling

will putting the motor and the motor only in the fridge to cool it between runs ruin it?

I would say over time... yes it will get ruined. Think about it rapid expansion and contraction is going to play HELL on all the metals, and magnets involved. Can you get away with it a couple of times... probably. But for how long who knows.

If it's getting THAT hot the Titan is going to fail soon... better start looking for another motor soon.

Well, many moons ago, when we still had an on road track, we ran in the 19T touring class. Got very competitive. At one point, we would put our motors in a plastic bag, and submerge them in ice water, then install them about 1 minute before the main started. Those motors were rebuilt after every race day. But since the Titan cannot be rebuilt, and doesn't even have bearings, I'm really not sure what that may do to its life span...

It's a garbage motor that only spec classes, bashers and noobs use. Replace it.

I think the rule is the 5 second rule... or is it the 10 second rule... either way your running your motor to long, to hard or both.

When I used to race a Titan 12t I found it's limits... and some where around 165f if I recall...
The internal fan messes with all logical readings.

The real kicker for me was at 4-5min it lost it's punch & I wasn't clearing certain jumps. (definitely not a battery issue)
I geared it for my driving style after that.
Not blazing fast, but consistent with more punch.

When the titan died I replaced it with a modest brushless setup.

When they fail they get slow, hot & can lock up.

Have a small to medium sized fan running over the esc & motor when you pull it off the track. It does help.

Most of the high temps are DURING the run though. Gearing/length of run are going to mean more than anything else.
