Default Anyone have info on any new Losi XXX-T releases?

I've heard tale of this new XXX-T coming out "in the next few months"... anyone know where I can get more information about it?

I have heard the truck will be debuting at the cactus classic. So it will likely be out after that. Sort of how the bk2 deal went.

I wonder if you could take a xxxbk2 rear end and put fit it onto a xxxt.

Yes you most definetly can, It has been done... and it works, you just need the tranny and different cvds, not sure which ones though. I saw somewhere it was done, but didnt read into detail about it.

I caught someone testing one the other day, there appears to be a lot more changes then the transmission

sponsored losi drivers at my local track has put the new transmission in the xxxt they had to get custom dogbones which his friend did for him

The word on the street is that Losi will (most likely) debut the MF2 at the Cactus Classic which is comming up here pretty soon. Then the release date will be a while after that.

yeh im from the same track as crazi and alot of guys have it down its easy but really expensive but makes the car feel amaing it costs about 150 to do but you need custom dogbones....maybe some old somthings migh fit youd have to look into it

yeh exaclty its not worth takin your older xxxt wich (in most casses) is really clapped out and just sloppy truck and put amlmost asmuch as it would be to buy a new truck into it

Default BK2 tranny in XXXT

I just swapped the tranny from my BK2 into the MFXXXT and the CVD's appear to be about 1/4" too long. There've been a couple of guys mentioned here that had custom bones made. I'd sure like to talk to one of them if you guys could hook me up.

I also thought I'd call MIP tomorrow and see if they make custom ones(or maybe they've started making the new ones for the next generation XXT!)
