Default My mamba

Okay guys I have a mamba max 4600 set up in my slash I was racing last night and in the middle of the race it started studering and like when you hit the gas it acts like it's trying to go forward and reverse at the same time, when I pulled it off the track she was pretty hot so I let it cool over night and this morning charged a lipo and plugged it up and it's doing the same thing I need se help, if this has happened to anyone or if any of yall know what to do or have any suggestions lmk guys

Plug it into the Castle link and reset all the settings. Take the pinion off and check if the drivetrain is spinning freely. Check all the connections from the ESC to the motor...call castle

i had the same problem even though i dont race i just had to reset my esc maybe 20 times and the problem slowly went away

sounds like the motor got to hot and might be damaged also..
and sounds like its cogging as in its to tall of gearing to go slow efficiently.

either that or you hit the lipo cut off lol!

Thanks guys I will try but 20 times so just reset then plug in. Then reset again I'll get on that right now as we are speaking

L no I have a freshed cahrged and balanced on there now lol but it seems like the. Esc is wonrking correctly it's just the motor so we will see

It's the motor I took pinion off and tryed again and same thing and another reason I know is because when you turn on they make them noises and that's not happening so i need a new motor any one have one lol

send the motor in to Castle and they should replace it for you. I've had to send three motors back to them and they've replaced it every time. Not sure why so many of my motors have gone bad in, but your problems sound like what my motors did when they went out. They have great customer service though and shouldn't give you any problems

hey dude make sure you have a good connection with the wires running from the esc to the motor
after some many hard tumbles today my white wire came loose at the bullet connector and it started doing what you described.
