Default T4vs. xxxt

I generally don't give answers like this, but at our track, the t4's AND t3's eat'em (xxxt-s) up. However, I do believe that a good driver can do well with either truck/buggy/car when it's setup properly.

I would get whatever your hobby store stocks in parts, and what poeple are using at the track. This way parts and advice is close at hand.

I believe that if you are comparing a sport xxxt versus a T4 team, the T4 team will come with more team parts than the losi ( CVDS, etc ).

I have driven both, and I currently own the T4. The losi isn't a bad vehicle, but what makes me lean towards the T4 is that it feels really planted off of jumps, more so than I felt with the XXXT. Also, the T4 versus the current version of the xxxt has more punch, probably due to the different transmission ratio used. If you really want a losi, I would wait to get the XXXT version 2 kit when it finally comes out with the upgraded transmission and parts like the Bk2 buggy.

But for me, I really like associated for there quality and ease of use. Only upgrade I can think of needed for the T4 is the front aluminum hingepin brace, and maybe the heavy duty servo spring. so about 10-12 bucks.

Well i think you guys are weird. i own a losi xxxt and it is a really nice truck. it handles great and is very light. it is also i great truck to start out with and then later on you can upgrade almost every part and make a really great truck.
