Kinda depends on what you want to charge - there are 50watt chargers that will handle 2S with no current limiting and they will charge to 6S, but at very reduced charge rates and longer charging times. If you're looking at higher cell counts, need more charger output power. I'm in the latter category charging 5 and 6S pacs. These are some to look at with at least 150watts -

Hyperion offers a solid lineup of chargers (I have 2 of theirs) and they can be seen here -

Hyperion has a line of outstanding chargers as well - what they offer is shown here -

The Accucel-8 comes in a smaller version that is a 50watt charger for less than $40. All the above need power supplies that are sized for at least 10-20% more power than the charger to allow the charger to operate at maximum output.

Wow, looking at that prev post, something was going on with the site or my PC, I didn't see any of that (was trying to add more info by editing) and its pretty scrambled up as far as the order I typed it in. Strange.....
I have 2 of the Hyperion 0610iNet chargers and even though its been discontinued, Hyperion is still providing updated firmware for it - the latest added 10 more stored battery profiles bring it up to 20 like its replacement charger the 0720i Net 3. These are able to charge lipo at up to 5C if the max power of 250watts, max 20amps charge rate and lipo allows it. The 0720 would make a powerful 4S charger and let you charge up to 3C with a 5000mah lipo. They are pricey, but will be a charger that stays with you for a long time.

The turnigy or iCharger have my vote. The iCharger is probably your best bet because it is 250w.
Be careful of claims of chargers that can charge at 5a @ 4s or 5s or 6s. Most of those chargers are only 50w and cannot source enough power to charge a full 5a @ 4s. The maximum amperage that a 50w power supply can source @ 4s is 3.4a when fully discharged. The turnigy accucel-6 is only 50w, but at least it's cheap.
If you are going to be charging batteries that are 5000mah and higher than 4s, then I'd recommend anything over 150w.
