Mugen Electic 1/8?
#16
I was actually looking around and a body that I hope will fit is the JC 8ight-E body, has anyone tried that one by any chance? I figured it might as its based on the 8ight platform?
Also what about the mbx6t? That stock body wont fit on that one either? If not which body will if you know by any chance?
Sorry for all the questions haha, I'm planning on getting the mbx6t a little later too but im just wondering will the stock body fit that one? Just wondering if ill need to prepare a different body than the stock one for the 6t when i convert it.
Thanks so much!

Just for the record and only trying to be helpful...
There are 2 parts JR-0125 and JR-0125-01from Caster that might be of use. We made them for guys that owned the zx1r and wanted to convert over to electric. It will work as a direct bolt on for the 5 series. I know because we have had about 20 Mugen guys pick them up.
If you have a MBX5 gen model, these will fit and you will HAVE to get the side guards also (zx-0028) At that point, you have a Caster chassis plate and motor mount and trays, but keep all the Mugen gearing, driveline, arms, etc....
It is a definite alternative and in my opinion, does not make the car a Caster. If your nitro chassis plate is worn and you are not ready to retire the MBX5 or 5T yet, check it out. I don't see any difference between that and buying a conversion kit from someone else.

i have ordered the mbx6t chassie from tekno and they say the stock body will fit.. just waiting for it turn up, it is along way to australia for the states. and a caster is no where near the quality of a mugen, it is a poor mans copy, the fit and finish of a mugen is at the top of the tree with x ray.
