My MP9E is ready, just needs some paint. Got 2 body's today (IFB-003), one will be white (drying now) the other will be special painted. I converted my backup MP9 TKI with the Kyosho conversion set and added the Orion Vortex 8 bl combi with a 1950 motor. Two 2s Orion lipo's with 5400 mah and 45C should be enough ;-) It's geared 16/46, will test, Orion advices 14 or 15. Transponder fits in the receiver box, thanks to a very small KoPropo receiver ;-).

no,the settingbox isn't included. You can change:

- battery type
- operation mode: forward- reverse or only forward
- brake 10 to 80%
- acceleration: low, medium, high. this determines the power curve
- forward power limit: 10 to 100% adjusts maximum forward power available
- reverse power limit: 10 to 100%
- operating frequency: 8 or 16 kHz, modifies the drive frequency of the motor, use lower value for stronger acceleration
- motor rotation direction
- default settings

@amain it's $310,- http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-4-Pole-1950KV

Put the body on today, just a practice body. It fits very nice, a bit tight on the lipo side. I can't let the lipowires come out up front, the body will rub on them and doesn't sit low enough, but this will do!

Would anyone be interested in the ESC, motor, and radio/TX from the Inferno VE (same ESC as what Matthijs bought)? I like the Inferno VE, but want a roller.

Whereabouts did you purchase the bodies from?

Depends on how much. But IMO you would be better off purchasing a 2nd hand MP777 and get the brushless kit etc. or even search for a 2nd hand MP777 with brushless kit already installed.

Can I check other than using the rcpd battery tray/ the Kyosho conversion battery tray, has anyone managed to mount other types of battery tray on the MP9?

The RCPD kit is great. The tray fits just like the original mud guards and keeps the factory look of the car. It also maintains the stock body fitment. The balance of the car with the RCPD kit installed as you see above running Tekin electronics and a Thunder Power 40c 5000 pack is spot on with that of my Caster EX1R Pro. The Caster buggy runs saddle packs and is by far the nicest layout to date.

I am not affiliated with RCPD, but their kit is the best on the market.

If I were to build the best EMP9 I would run the RCPD top plate and battery tray with an Elite motor mount.

If someone here could be so kind as to give me the dimensions for the motor mount such as center to center of the mounting screws top and bottom, over all height and distance from the bottom of the motor mount to the bottom of the carrier bearing support, I would be truly grateful!
