Anyone make a plastic spur gear for the MP9? I thought the ready set one would work but forgot the MP9 has a bigger center diff....

Anyone here run a MP9 Brushless yet? The MP9E manual says to run 4/4/2 in the diffs. Im still building mine up and was planning on running 5/10/3

I haven't run mine yet. I will after I get back from vacation next week. I am running 5/5/3 to start.

Thanks for posting the manual, I was wondering what they recommended for fluid. I am ordering everything this week. SE kit, Conv kit and Tekin RX8.

You may talk to Cimato on the diff fluid, we were discussing that topic today, he may recommend 7 for the center, he can fill you in.

BTW my mp9 from last summer was 4 - 4 -2 and then went to 5 - 5 -3 does work well but with the brushless instant torque you may want something a little heavier in the middle.

I currently run an MP9E and I am running 5/5/2 on a high bite indoor track and it works great.

I've checked with RC CHamp. Their stock of MP9E is sold out. It won't be cheap though. It's abt close to 600USD excluding shipping.

That is exactly what I built up. It works out to be cheaper that way too.

Who is this by the way? You racing at Glenwood?

Yes - I can then use the spare parts for my TKI MP9 nitro from last year, clutch bell, bearings, clutch, etc

Yes -race at Glenwood, I am on WNYRC also under same name.
