+1! Excellent race, very good competition, has been over 200 entries. About the second weekend of February I believe.

Somewhere Michigan should be close to the Highland/Milford area, the track & shop are in the process of moving. I'm sure someone will post details when available.

+1 on CRCRC as well. Enjoy!

SmacTrac...St.Louis Indoor Off Road
offroad season opens early october

Region 8 Off Road Champs Nov. 6-8

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is official, the 2009 ROAR Region 8 Championships will be held at SmacTrac November 6th-8th. With our average club race entry list at 150 last season and our highest turnout hitting 190, look for this to be a big race.

Default Here's another

The first annual Winter Classic. Brought to you by Classic RC Raceways. Here is the entry form. Come out and compete for trophies and notoriety. There is food at the facility and Pizza is provided, at a, "race day discount," by Patony's. Looking forward to some good races this winter.

Thanks to everyone who has made the past year and upcoming ones successful.

It's unfortunate to see this race conflict with the region 8 race. However, it is 500 miles west. I don't know. It's perhaps not too late to re-schedule but it's getting there and I don't think we will, there's just too much going on that time of year, Indoor Champs, Holloween Classic and the CRCRC Halloween race.

"return of the midwest", i think something has to leave for it to return.LOL

keep them coming your doing nothing but helping your tracks, and events..

Big Kahuna at Factory Tracks, i have throught about going to that one

The winter classic, also looks tempting.. i would not limit entries to 100 though thats how many we were getting at CRC at one club race. if you run a quick program with no breaks you can still get done by 8 or so, with 100 to 130 entries. i will sperad the word on some local threads, about the race

i will be for sure at the CRCRC "halla"ween race, probably for electric and nitro, and also midwest champs at CRCRC.

Virus Racing will more than likely have a big race this winter at a brand new facility in the Grand Rapids area!

Thanks for the input. Even so, I think, we only, literally, have the pit space for 100 entries. We can do more, but we need to know in advance. This is the first year of this event and as such, we're trying to make the best possible for those attend. Next year might be another story. This is a proposed, annual event. It will, I hope, grow over time. Please watch www.classicrcraceways.com for pre-entries.
