Default Charge a 5cell lipo with 4 cell charger?

Will it do any harm to the batterie? I m waiting for my 5 cell charger but it will probably be another week and my battery needs to be charged.

It won't fully charge the 5S, the voltage won't go high enough. Your charge will probably not even charge it, as it will see the starting voltage too high already. You could SLOWLY charge the cells in two groups through the balancing tap, but you risk all five cells not being balanced as a group. Best to wait for the right charger.
