Do you realize Jammin has been talking about this truck months before anyone knew the Traxxas 4wd existed? Now the Traxxas is going to be out in a month!!

If Jammin doesn't get thier butts movin', all the kid's money is going to the Slash 4wd out of default. Mom's money spent. Jammin losing sales before Christmas.

Cain: It's because I AM running a porky pack. I'm still all NiMH... I thought the packs would be dead by now to warrant me to purchase some LiPo. But nooooooooooooo. The packs I bought years ago were good cells and they are still going strong...

R40: I agree with you on that. My saddles are strictly used in my B44, so unless I take my B44 to the track, the packs doesn't get cycled. But these cells I got are pretty darn good (Team Orion GP-based matched 3300mAH from years ago). They still run STRONG.

I have to admit, I do enjoy 2wd layout in that there's no stinkin shaft or belt running across. Just batt in, batt out. ESC and Receiver is out of the way on the two sides...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't:

Jammin = Ofna = HoBao

???

So is this Jammin an SC10-like 2wd SC truck? And the Ofna is a 4-wheel variant of the SC?

Jammin is the "race" team of Ofna. Much like Hot Bodies is the "race" team of HPI. I think same companies, just different divisions. I'm pretty sure that's it, but not 100%.

The Jammin SCRT is Jammin's Car, and the Hyper SC is Ofna's. Much like a Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon.

Both are nothing like an SC10. Closer related to the SC8.

AND... they're 4WD. The AE SC10 is 2WD. That's a substantial difference, one that makes me NEED one of them... Ofna, Jammin, I don't care! Get these freakin things on the shelves!

The Jammin SCRT10 and the Hyper SC 10 are two different by cars by our competing manufactures Hong Nor and Hobao so the part won't be relative to each other so each car will have it's own set of part numbers, they will be clearly two different designs but run the initial basic drivetrain in respect.

Jammin a cousin of the CRT.5

Hyper a cousin of the Hyper mini ST

Can't wait to see some body off shots of the Jammin. Their marketing people need to get their heads out of their ass and get some shots of it out! People have seen the Ofna and Slash, if I could see the Jammin and make some comparisons, it might persuade me to hold off on buying the Ofna.

It's funny how the Jammin was released first (I believe), yet the other two followed and look like they may beat them to the punch. Maybe AE will have one out before Jammin.

Agree...they are draggin this one out. AND.....we all know it's a CRT.5 with an extended chassis, so they already have the parts layin around!! They getting hung up on plastic body molds or what?

Just giving them crap. I guess we'll have to wait it out.

I guess I'm getting too impatient. The Slash is out in a month and nobody has seen under the hood of the SCRT. So the time we actually get it in our hands could be months away.

The Slash is not outta the question for me. It may just end up being my new SC 4wd ride.

You must have missed this:

http://www.nitrohouse.com/catalog/pr...ducts_id=21115

There are several pics from several angles in this link. The trucks are made by the same company, so they'll prolly be very similar.
