Anyone running the MM pro 6900 combo in this truck? I was told on another site that it isn't a good motor to use in the Jammin, but I see that Nitrohouse sells the MM/6900 with the SCRT as a combo?

I just ran my truck at the local track
I was using an havock pro with a 8.5 ballastic, 25c 2 cell, box stock s/u
There was so much wheel spin I had to turn the epa down to 85%
You guys must have some traction at your track to run more motor.

I have the MMpro and the ballistic 8.5 combo as well. Was thinking about this setup in this truck. What kind of speeds are you getting on the 2S?

I run on a very tight twisty indoor track, 3 of the 180 deg turns on the track are tighter than the turn radius of the truck. If I turn down my HV4.5 too much I can't break the truck loose to get around them. I have a 8.5 Ballistic coming for my SC10. The Hv4.5 and Ballistic 8.5 are both rated at 5000kv.

I have the MMP/6900kv combo on a 9t pinion, but have not ran it yet.

Though I went ahead and ordered a Novak Hv5.5 as I think the 6900kv is going to be a cooker.

What pinion well I need for a 6.5HV combo. I'll be running it on a outdoor 1/8th scale track.

On 2s I would say 13-14t.

It will be plenty fast.
