Problem with Novak 1/8
I drive it down the road and after 20-30 ft it stops movine and the blue and amber lights flash when you hit the gas. Radio is adjusted right and esc is adjusted right, you turn the power off and it does it again, drivetrain is smooth. I Am using the hv-maxx system

Are you using two packs connected to each of the two inputs or a single (probably LiPo) 4s pack?
The HV speed control needs an external BEC when used with a single 4S pack. I don't have the instructions for these but someone else finally read the instructions and found out that it does say you need an external BEC when running a single pack greater than 2S LiPo.

batteries are freshlly charged, I think its older so it does not have lipo stuff.

may maybe its a newer model and has lipo cutoff and you need to turn lipo cut off off if using mh cells
Werid it works now, at least a few seconds in the road, guess I got an old manual with it.
