Default series adaptors

hello,

ok say i have the mamba monster and i run it with a 3s

i plug the female connector (battery) to the male connector (esc) ok?

everything is ok

now i want to run 2 3cells in series

Can i plug a series adaptor to the esc and then the batteries

i am asking this because every time i go to run i want to do that

i mean after i'm done running the 3s can i plug the series adaptor to the esc's connector and the two batteries to the series's males?

its kinda hard to explain it

i am asking if i can swap out the series connectors so easy

thanks

This is a series adapter - the male ends connect to 2 lipos of the same type and capacity and the female connects to the esc -

The text below the picture states: This adapter is only to be used with NIMH packs, NOT Lipo packs, in the new Traxxas 1/16 Slash and E-Revo VXL trucks.

I'm making an adaptor myselft today, are there any dangers while plugging in the batterys? Should we plug in both batterys into the adaptor and then into the esc for safety?

Watch your lipo cutoff when switching from 3s to 6s I'm not sure the auto cuttoff works when running the batterys in series? You might need to set it each time back and forth or your batterys will be toast!

The warning is because the wire is 16Gauge. I've got one like that setup for an 1/8 scale and it uses 12Gauge and works fine.
