I have a t3 that I burnt the motor up, so I put my Novak 10.5 with Havok esc in. THIS THING SCREAMS!!!!!
Problem though....
even with new slipper pads, squeals like a banshee till hooks up even with the spring tightened all the way down.
I have an Associated t4 stealth trans, but where it mounts to the back of the car, the mount hoes are too close together to mount. Do you think the trans came out of something else? the holes are closer together than the t3's,and it looks like the screws that hold it down go in from the bottom
any help would be appreciated

sounds like your diff balls are going bad or the diff is too loose tight it up and see if the noise goes away.

Is there an allen head screw behind one of the outdrives like on a Duratrax?
