180 is fine. I emailed castle about temps, they told me the motors are good for 250 and the ESC can even handle 300!! I have been running my systems between 150 and 200 and I never had a problem. Of course cooler is better, but I am sure 180 is just fine.

Wow! I thought the MM esc and motor were only good for 200 max and even then that was pushing it. 300!?! Thanks for the help.

Thanks for all the help guys. Now I have one other question for you. With the castle link, under start power, does "high" mean fast starting? Or does "low" mean fast starting. Im just asking because I have heard both, and tried both, and I dont notice much of a difference!
