my favorite lipo so far is the tekin 3400 powercell! found here at www.teamtekin.com
you don't really ever have to balance it, you can abuse it and still performs like new. plus you cant beat their service.

What are you putting the Li-Po in?

Simply pick your vehicle maker. Then "Click" on the model. The packs listed are what will fit and if anything else is needed such as say a battery tray expansion kit we state that as well.
