no that is a 1/10 or 1/8th scale battery. You need a smaller battery to fit in the 1/16 tays.

I use two of these with a parallel adapter that I made... and fits without any modifications at all...

Yea I checked those batteries out, but thanks Slash. Anyway I found some nice batteries on ebay for a 1/16 e revo, they're lipo and there are 2 2s batteries 2200 mah each 7.2 volts. I was wondering if you could run both at the same time?

joelwhite 07-09-2009 09:58 AM

I know this is a basic question. To use two lipos in the little revo parrellel wiring is positive to positive negative to negative and then to the speedo.
This will get greater capacity like using two 2200 packs getiing 4400.I ask so I dont blow anything up.

Yes, for parallel thats right. It will maintain the voltage of one pac (7.4v) but double your capacity. Technically, you'll have a 2S2P. Usually this is done with an adapter like this -

The batteries are 7.4 volts each, so two batteries will equal 14.8 volts.

Only if you run in series!! In parallel its still 7.4 but double the run time.

I've had nothing but good luck. I know lots of people in my area using these lipos from these little batteries up to 6s in 1/8 with no problems. IMO they're the best value on the market. Not the best but nothings worse than smoking a $200 lipo. For $12 a piece these things are awesome.
