Default Mamba Monster motors... RPM differences.

Ok, so as you guys probably know, the mamba monster motor/esc combo comes in 2200kv and 2650kv. The packaging says the 2200kv has a max input voltage of 25.2, while the 2650 has a max input voltage of 16.8...

Those numbers give the 2200kv a max rpm of 55,440.

Likewise, the numbers give the 2650kv a max rpm of 44,520.

My question is why am I not suppossed to run the 2650kv motor up to 55k like the 2200kv? (smaller motor that should take a higher rpm than the 2200kv)

This has been bugging me for a while now, and I cant seem to find the answer anywhere.
