I've not owned a Sparrowhawk so I can't comment, but I'd guess it'll break somewhat easily and probably doesn't drive all that well.

The Ofna CRT.5 is coming out with an electric version, or you can get a nitro and convert. These things are awesome on the track, if I wasn't moving soon I'd buy one to race in our local bucket class.

The ttr Sparrow xt runs great and is very durable.we have a few running at our track and they can keep up with any other brand of truck out there.

Like you said you have never owned a sparrowhawk and may have never seen one go.You really should NOT make comments like you did on something you have no knowledge about. The TTR Sparrowhawk buggy and truck are VERY durable and handle great.Just read the review in RC driver(buggy review) and they even said the it handled great and was durable. There are couple of reviews on the truck version and they all say the same thing as RC Driver.

Re-read my post retard. I said I'd guess, and that's based on my experience with other Thunder Tiger products. Unless they miraculously started building quality stuff with the Sparrowhawk... So.. suck a nut.

the price is very enticing on it and it will just be a backyard basher, another thing is its different in that there is not too many people running it, this may not be the best truggy out there but 4wd at that price seems good. the HPI firestorm looks good but 2wd only.
thanks for the input guys, negative or positive is welcome-and im not into nitro.

this looks real good, dont know if there is an available motor mount to convert this into a brushless runner.

The TTR sparrowhawk either truggy or buggy are very tough,we have sold dozens in the shop, the only problem they have come back for is the front diff braking after a hard hit. Please note that these have been fitted with a 10.5 brushless and driven by a 10 year old on the road and the other has a 6.5 and used for drag racing. Both cars are using 5000 Mah lipos. The drive train is very tough.Even as standard these cars are very fast and with a brushless system are insainly quick.Of the people that have bought them and used them of road i have not heard any bad comments
