Default Can I connect batteries in parallel to charge them with a single charger?

I have 2 packs of 3s lipo each is 5000mAh and 25C rating. I only have a charger that can charge up to 4s lipo. I want to parallel connect them and charge them at once. The setting is at 3s when I charge them. Is it safe to do so. I will charge them outside the house and in a metal box. Please help.

Yes, treat it like a 3S x 10,000 mah. Double the capacity and current.

Also make sure you put a second balancer on the second lipo.
