Default Spur gear issues

My XXX-4 has had the issue of repeatedly breaking spur gears. It's happened three times now.

All that happens is a single tooth snaps off.

What can i do to prevent the same again?
Thanks for help

Sounds to me like your slipper clutch is too tight. I would loosen it up.

Other than making sure your gear meshing is good, not much. Maybe try another manufacturers Spur, if they are compatible?

Good luck!
