Default need info for dirt oval

I'm looking to modify my NTC3 into a dirt oval car. What do I need to do? Do I keep the 2 speed? I need info for it, I know nothing about dirt oval.

I would take out the droop screws so you can get maxium rideheight, put a single speed in, and get diffrent tires.

I got a set of tires & a late model body for it... But why take the 2 speed out? The straights are 250ft.

Is it a bluegroove type surface? Id leave it in then, but if it's dusty and there's some loose dirt it will probably end up failing.

it's pretty smooth, smooth enough to use HPI's Pirelli tires on.

Get a EDM type body, they should sell them at your hobbyshop. Use Proline Road Hawgs, or your track should let you use some foamys. set for maxium ride height and use softer oil and softer springs. Then, move all the weight possible to the left side, even use some lead weights if you have to. Ditch the two speed, it will only cause problems. Then, get a BMS Sprint car
