You guys think these will fit? It says for ALL Traxxas vehicles, but later states for "Nitro Rustler and Stampede". Please help...

Yes, But what tires are you thinking of putting on?

If you want to use standard 2.2X2.0 truck wheels you need to get ones designed for ELECTRIC RUSTLER REAR and use them on both front and rear of the slash.

Just for bashing...throwing the Gator Grip ones from Pro-Line on. Should be great in the grass and dirt.

What's wrong with the originals?? I do like those rims though.

vstrok 04-12-2009 10:38 AM

for the power i have...the originals get no traction in loose dirt, or grass...

I use the Pro Line Epics beadlocks with Proline Dirt Works tires all 2.2 size. Awsome traction and still fit under the body.

The stock ones are better than beadlocks and Switch tires using a 5700 BL setup and running in the grass. They look great, but don't work well in the grass. The stock ones are not that great either, but they're better than Proline Switch ones.

Some one said flat irons in another thread, Anyone using them? Tread pattern looks like it might better on grass.

I agree I don't like the switch tires that's why I went with the dirt works and I run a 6400with no probs

I need to find a better combo. I ordered a 36-050-4800 Medusa and plan on running 3S - got email it shipped today.

Were the beadlocks hard to put together right? Have read a lot anout how heasy its is to not do that right.

It is easy to put them together but if i were you i would not run beadlocks with as much power as you are putting out. It will rip the tire off the bead.

Hey, this might have already been answered, but i used the search function and couldnt come up with a thread.

But i was wondering if anyone knew if the 17mm losi adapters would work on a slash to put 1/8 buggy tires on it?

if you go to ebay and type in 17mm hex adapter, its the $18ish set of 4.
(sorry, not allowed to post links)

Thanks!
-Steve
