Default XXX-CR 19Turn Gearing?????

My GTB is going in for repair so i'm going brushed for a little bit. I'm going to use my GTX and a Reedy Quad Mag 19turn, Whats a good starting point for gearing?????

I was running 78x21 before i went brushless...

what he said, but depending on the size and surface conditions, I would work between 21-23.
