Default Castle Creations ROAR legal motors???

I know they are working a new esc but i heard they were doing roar legal motors.... is this still the case?

I don't think Castle changed anything with the motors. ROAR has approved them as they are.

thats why i missed it... they didnt change anything but the approved motor list.

THe old motors will be ok. The new motors will be engraved on the end with the KV rating and will be able to take them apart. They will slowly circulate thru and take the place of the older version motors.

wait, so no more heat gun+vice+vice grips+ hellalot of time, just to replace the bearings?? weres the fun in that??

so, will they be sensor capable motors for the new Mamba Max Pro ESC or not?

To clarify, their MOD motors are legal, no stockers or 13.5's so i doubt that sensored will be an issue.

Can we trade up to the newer ones?

My bearings in my 5700s could probably use replacing
They're first generation (less than 6 months after the Mamba Max was first released) and still rock!
