To set my epa on an mt4, I max out both end points then bring it back a little to eliminate stress on the servo. I can also hear my servo when it is being stressed.
Thought buna was the firmness of the rubber?

EPDM and Viton ......
Damn auto text on my phone.
Both are types of rubber that are for certain chemicals. I use EPDM on Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) and Viton on Sodium Hypochloride (Bleach). Also there is PTFE which is hard and basically plastic which is used for Acids.

Associated o-rings are Silicone and are better suited for the movement of the shock shaft. McMaster Carr sells Silicone o-rings as well. I buy my hardware for my truck from them as well.
Found them.... Part# 9396k11 ... Silicone o ring from Mcmaster ( and they are the right size ). They are red just like the Associated ones? wonder if they are the same ones Associated gets ??? The guy said they are the same harness as the Buna ones I ordered...their just silicone instead of buna.
