Silver springs 32.5 oil with #1 pistons 3 limiters. inside on arm, 4th hole drilled on tower. link is inside with 1 washer, outside on plastic hub.

Med high bite.
Try blue f springs,30/25 oils,"c" rear hub towers, ride height 29mm.....and try some hb neams for tires. I hated wishbones...never hooked up

Ok was thinking of going with a savox 1258TG but I heard that servo is power hungry and causes glitching. I am running a LRP sxx v2 line of esc's will that esc be able to supply enough power for that servo?

ok thanks dude. will try out, also will change gearing, my 13.5 is geared slow to equal up to 17.5 but for now ill throw my epa down and test the diffrence. I feel like the esc behind battery isn't as good as putting it on the side. Idk..

Did you have on-power push? I had rebars on and it pushed bad. I changed to a "secret" tire and now my rear end can slide out if I don't release the throttle on the first turn after the straight.

I will tell you what my secret tire is once you change to a 17.5 motor and become legal to race in our class

The Savox caused very slight glitching with my Novak ESC, since then ive used the glitch buster from spek, no problems at all.

I have 4 Tekin RS setups with 2 Savox 1257 and 2 1258s. Identical receivers, either a 92744 or the 92451 Airtronics. 2 out of the 4 need a Spektrum cap.

They didn't glitch either, the motor cogged at low speeds without the cap. No cogging with the cap installed.

that will be soon, I will try some barcodes since i have em but they are a little worn but they should be fine. And no it was loose in the back, and could not turn well.

My b4.1 was easier to drive I have to catch fraiser me and him are truely so close but his car is a lot easier to drive. Really nice guy hes so fun to race against. I just think its setup. And just got updated by don i will get a 17.5 viper from him. I wont race sc untill than. My novak is such garbage.

Are you running any boost or timing advance? I tried timing profile 3, but it doesnt add any timing advance, just boost and rpm range.

I run the savox servos and love them. You will want a power cap such as the Novak Glitch Buster or the Spektrum power cap.

Thumbs up

I run 1258's in both my SC10 and B4.1 on LRP SXX esc's and neither have experienced any glitching

I run the 1258 on both my SC10 2wd and B4.1 and 1256 on my SC10 4x4. When I was running Spektrum tx/rx I threw on a Spektrum glitch buster ($8) and had no issues at all. I am now running Airtronics MX11 tx/rx and have since eliminated the the glitch buster. Great servo with good balance of speed and torque.
