well i got to run mine the other day.it ran awsome with any problems or broken parts.even had a run-in with a retainnig wall head on and nothing broke.i do need to get a diiferent motor,my 6.5 is a little to much for it fun as hell though.:D it is pretty cool to see it going down the raod and stab the gas and pull the front wheels.needless to say it was a blast drivin it with this motor.i had no problems with it at all no noise no broken pieces.now time to get it ready for some track time.

I'm running the Kurt Wenger setup except 35WT all the way around and the truck was NOT loose. You guys might start with that setup and see how it does.

Don't get me wrong, I am as impressed as anybody at how well he drove and how well that truck handles. In fact, I'm blown away.
It looks like a touring car with a truck body the way it handles.

Nice man thanks for the link. I just got mine built and have been running a slash but wow this is so different. For instance the shocks in the rear react better with less weight than the front unlike the slash. What a great truck, now if I could only get replacement parts I wouldn't be afraid to really run this thing. I typically run at thunder Alley here in Beaumont California so I know something will break if it goes out there. Way to go Associated! Way to go!

Where is everyone adding weight to their SC10's? I think it could benefit form 4-8oz of weight, I'm just not sure where I should add it. Any thoughts?

I got mine dialed in tonight at my local indoor track in Charlotte, NC.
I will see if I can post a setup sheet.
I used 2-1/2 ounces of weight at the rear shock tower where the foam insert is....I cut the foam in half and shoved it back until it hit the lead weight and then I was able to push the battery back farther until it hit the plastic tabs under the battery strap and cut the other half of foam to fit in front of the battery to keep it from sliding forward......this works fantastic by getting the weight moved back in the truck so you can get the rear to stay planted....
I also used 3deg. of anti-squat and this also enhanced the rear stability....Truck runs very consistent....

Normally the kit comes with a 1 and 2 degree antisquat piece of plastic. You would take the front rear arm mount screws out and slip it in between the rear chassis plate and the arms. The T4 kit comes with them but not with the SC10. Maybe you can borrow some from a T4 buddy.

Yes...You can use the t4 anti squat shims or you can simply use a # 4-40 washer if you do not have the plastic shims.....
