Why don't you hard wire the esc wire to the battery direct with banana plugs instead of having that deans connector. This way you have a direct connection? you can still use that deans to charge your battery??

Banana plugs are not hard wired, There plugs. Wouldnt that be a connector just as the deans is.

if you look in my pics above in the page before i have the milled motor plate but the motor is turned where the wires are facing more forward and that 14 fits fine

Sorry. yes they are a connecter per se but if you eliminate the two deans and plug in direct you will have a much better more efficient connection. Just an option to think about.

Hehe yea believe i dont like all these connectors everywhere but SMC is the loose

My 2 orion 3800's i can hardwire straight for onroad, but this is pretty much the only way i can do it for SMC batterys.

If you start to run that low of a pinion you would be better off changing your spur and pinion i think, not 100% sure tho cause im a retard when it comes to gearing

So 16.87 would be the same as X / 75 ?

im not sure what would be equal to that but i would think someone else should be able to help tell you where to start on 75 ... final drive ratio is not coming up close.

also can go the sc10 gearing on rc tech here in the electric off road alot of people posting gearing stuff
