Hey guys, as I look through rc magazines I see the SC10 all over the pages and I want one more and more. As I look closer at it I started noticing that it looks very similar to the T3/T4. I started wondering how hard and how much it would take to convert a T3? Other than the body posts, bumpers, wheels and tires it only looks like the main difference is maybe shock towers. Even if the bumpers wouldn't bolt up I guess the other main part is wheels, is the axle size and bearings the same as the T3? Maybe some of you that have had a T3/T4 in the past might know.

I have lawn darted mine hard enough to break the front bumper and I didn't break the chassis. That didn't stop me from putting the brace on, I don't want to miss a heat or main ever. particularly if the failure was preventable.

I agree. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Thank you psychoman!
Many of the broken chassis have happened to some pretty good drivers.
I've seen these things flyin all over, hitting and getting hit by trucks, buggies, even 1/8 scales and Revos and still not breakin a chassis.
I've even seen Buggyking go cartwheeling and not break a chassis (yet
).I've also seen top level guys snap em just racin and mixin it up.
When that does happen, your day is over.
A brace, even if you have it and don't bolt it on will get you back on the track in minutes but you better have a top brace too cuz when the chassis goes, so does the top brace.
Then you're out a chassis and a top brace plus your race fee and a day at the track.
At least go make your own and have it ready.

You know I'm just bustin your balls again.
Man, you been fast, I'm gonna have to step it up again just to keep you in sight.
Or stay close enough to put the pressure back on you and get you to make some of those little mistakes.

I appreciate that you picked mine to run, thanks for the support.
You should buy a lottery ticket! You have a better chance of winning that than keepin your chassis together much longer.

Just messin around tonight as always and i found that the 12mil hex adapters from my venom creeper fit on the rear roll pins.I havent actually drove it yet but it does fit pretty good.Might even be a better fit without that blue spacer but i'm not positive about that. Here is a pic for you to check out.
