how would i actually do the process of dying the wheels though?
Purchase fabric dye color of your choice.
Put dye in pot/pan (you plan on never using again) with water mixture. Bring mixture to a slow boil on stove. Unbend metal coathanger or strand of heavy wire, and run through wheel centers. Dip wheels into dye mixture and allow to remain until they reach desired color/shade. Be patient, some parts take longer than others. Rinse off in cold clear water. |
awesome thanks!

For example, if you tried dying them blue they might come out green. If you tried dying them green they might come out the color of baby-poop. Who knows. You "might" could dye them black, but that would be a shot in the dark if it would work. |
It might take a few dips, but you should be able to turn the yellow ones black...
Yeah I have dyed Losi yellow wheels Black with Rit. Came out great.
