T4-more steering, jumps better, more AE guys than Losi at OCRC
XXX-T CR-more rear traction, both cars are supported at OCRC

Each car can be setup to have more rear traction, and more steering. A lot of people have the T4 for OCRC, but T4s are popular everywhere else too.

Go to the track and ask around.

get what ever people at the local track like. The biggest difference in the two cars are the cvds & bones. They give a very different fealing when you drive them.

id say get the t4 in your situation. In my opinion the t4 turns better when at high speeds and isnt as pushy through the turns.

If you go the stock setup anyway Just shorten the rear camber link on the XXX-T and use Long VLA in the rear and boom your turning better than T4 while maintaining that awesome rear traction. This is often overlooked as most people lack the knowledge of what to change on the T-CR since the book can sometimes explain things the wrong way.

RC10T4
-Cheaper
-Durable
-Turns better stock
-More aftermarket upgrade parts (most of which are useless)
-better looking stock body but not Jconcepts body

XXX T-CR
-More adjustments
-Upgrade to graphite arms to be durable and put nut on ball stud instead of washer spacers.
-More rear grip and can turn better with right adjustments.
-Nicer Shocks
-Titanium shocks
-better Jconcepts body

Overall: The only reason the T4 turns better stock is because of the rear camber link is shorter when comparing the stock setups between the XXX-T.
I'd choose the XXX-T, and upgrade the arms to graphite and on the rear hubs put a nut on the ball stud instead of using washer spacers.

+1 on all of that but:
1:The J-Concepts Hi-Flow body for the T4 rocks!
2:The XXXT-CR has better shocks? No way! I had a Losi XXX-T which has the same shocks and they were the worse shocks I have ever had to rebuild, over and over and over.... The shocks on the T4 are AWESOME! I can go months between rebuilds, granted they still are using 2 hole pistons and I have switched over to Losi pistons = problem solved!

I'd say choose the T4 and never look back! Best truck straight outa the box! Easy to drive, durable, and easy to drive FAST!

I have recently changed to a T4 from the xxxt-cr. Here's what I have noticed. Here is why I think the T4 is better.

*Jumps and lands the big jumps better.
*Nicer diff assembly
*No more e-clips
*Easyer slipper pads to deal with
*There is way more aftermarket parts out there
*Simpler truck to make handle track conditions. Losi has too many holes to try and its easy to get lost in the set-up of the truck.
*Parts seem to be cheeper!
*I my area there are Team drivers. There help is priceless when it comes to set-up with track conditions.
