Default Shock oil and Diff Fluid weights?

What weight shock oils and diff fluid do you normally have with you?

I will be honest and say that if I'm going club racing I don't take any with me. Once I have the car dialed in to the local track I don't feel the need to bring them along but if I'm going somewhere new then I bring a small assortment of weights in the general area of what's currently in the shocks.

For my cars, these are what I always keep on hand at home:
25, 27.5, 30, 32.5, 35, 37.5, 40 and 45 wt for shock oils.
1k, 2k, 3k, 5k, 7k, 10k, 30k, 60k, 100k, and 200k for diff oils.

I'll actually take maybe 3-4 to the track, depending on the car, just in case.

It depends on the truck. There is no magic shock or diff oil weight.

At a minimum you should bring the oils you are using in case you have to rebuild something, and if you are doing a brand new set-up, you'll want to bring everything you've got.

If you're a high level racer going to a new track, you'll probably bring a variety depending on what you are expecting. But you already know what range of oils work in your car, so you probably only bring a limited selection.

I am in favor of buying one of each. You want to have options when tuning. Even if you don't use an option, you want to be able to experiment with a wide range to find what is too stiff and what is too thin.
