Same here. Best $80 I ever spent, and absolutely perfect for a NiMH user toying with the idea of going LiPo.

What other accessories would you need with this charger if you wanted to go LiPo?

The Onyx 230 is a great charger for the $$.Its also AC/DC so no power supply needed.

I've had a Turnigy accucel-6 for about a month now and really like it so far. It will charge nimh/nicad and will balance charge lipos. $37.99 for the charger and $17.50 for the power supply. I can't vouch for it's durability yet, but so far it's charged about 20 5000mah lipos faster and easier than my superbrain.

I second that. I have been using the Turnigy Accucel-6 for 4 months. It works like a champ!! I'm going to get two more, so I can gharge batteries for my whole brood (kids have cars too)

The only other thing you'd need is a balancer. The Onyx 230 doesn't have a balancer.

Default Ice

The ice is also a good charger and easy to use. But I like the venom pro. Very easy to use and nice and small.

Thirded. I've had mine for 3-4 months. Solid so far.

No, it's kind of lame that way. You'll have to get a 12V, 5A power supply. There's one for $9.99 on HobbyCity. eBay sells a bunch for about the same price.

I currently have this same charger. The only complaint I have about it is it does not have a built in discharger.
