Default Kyosho Buggy Springs Vs Associated

Has anyone done the research about how Kyosho 1/10 scale buggy spring rates compare to Associated? If so, are you willing to share????

Thanks in advance

There is table of measured spring rates on the Petit RC site, I can't access it right now so do a search later.

Basically, Kyosho springs have much smaller gaps between rates than AE springs, and the stiffest Kyosho springs are still softer than the stiffest AE ones.

Lengths are different too, in fact Kyosho have a couple of different lengths depending on how recently produced the springs are (which is a bit confusing).

20smoke, I have a Tamiya and an AE vehicle that I often wonder how the springs compare between the two. Thank you for the chart! Very helpful

Thank You Guys,

This was more than I hoped!!!

With your help, I've got my RC10B4 dialed with my Kyosho ZX5-SP shocks and springs.

Thanks Again
