Default brushless recommendation for bj4we

Hi Guys,

I have just purchased a used bj4we for my son and am wondering what would be a good brushless stock set up for the car and for him as it is his first rc?

Thanks in advance

novak havok is made in a 17.5 but the bj4 is 4wheel and usually raced in mod. i know you said its his first and might want to start out slow but i would seriously consider going mod. Maybe the momba max or even a CC sidewinder. there sensorless but for a first car there just fine, and not to expensive

Mamba Max 4600 would work very well.

the novak havok system also comes in a 13.5 combo as well for around 150.00.
