Tekin.
They are more flexible on applications.Brushed, brushless, sensored, sensorless .They can handle 3 cell lipo also. Plus they are a US company not a Importer.

Really? I've always thought Associated was a US company.
Isn't Tekin a Japanese company?

I use Novak GTB; howeve,r I'd go for Tekin for its cook factor. Setting up your speed control on your laptop is really cool.

they may be "assembled" in the US,but most of the components for esc's are made in China,Korea,or Japan. The Tekin is the most upgradable and ajustable. It'll be my esc of choice from here on out.

LRP is German.Associated does not design the speed controls they only import them. They do repair them though. Tekin is Based in McCall ID.They are built in the USA.Plus with hotwire Tekin can be fine tuned.

Both are great speed controls. I have LRP's in 2 of my cars and don't have any complaints. I just got the RS for my truck and I have to admit....I doubt I will buy anything other then Tekin after this. Footprint size, the hotwire, great performance, and OUTSTANDING team help....What more could you ask for?

Tekin here as well....The super small size, no fan needed, downloadable software updates, super easy pit programing, and do I have to mention....FAST!

Just ran an RS for the first time in USVTA class. Easily a couple of tenths improvement over my tired old SuperSport and probably more once I get used to the extra punch, speed, and consistent strong drag brake.
The only problem is I want another! Very happy customer here.

I run Tekin RS Pro's in my buggy and stadium truck. They are faster. I like the size of them and the download format with the hotwire.
You also get great support from team drivers and the staff from Tekin.

You have fun racing them Tekins.
