2 LiPo's for $20 sounds a little good to be true, I would go with a (somewhat) established brand, such as Filghtmax Zippy batteries. $30 a piece but have not heard anything bad.

I was thinking about getting 2 and a charger, instead I'm going to to get a Mamba Sidewinder 4700kv and just stick with my fairly new 7-cell NiMh's.
Plus it's about 20 days for them to reach me, and I would have to pay for the $20 shipping.
