Angry Problem with Proline epic beadlocks!

I have had my epic beadlocks and switch tires for about 6 days of racing. The last 3 days i have started having problems. The tire is pulling out of the beadlock.
It started with just a little bit of the bead coming out per 1 full race day to now I am lucky if the tire doesnt fly off during the middle of A race. The tires have plenty of life left and I am tightening the beadlocks almost to the point of stripping the wheels. Anyone esle having this problem? Is there a fix for it?

Yes i have a brushless slash and this happens a lot. What i did was add a little bead of tire glue to the tire where is hits the rim then screwed in the bead. I know it defeats the whole purpose of the bead lock but i haven't had any problems so far.

Thats what I was affraid of. Having to use glue with a beadlock wheel. It really defeats the purpose of a beadlock. Oh well.
