I know hobbycity.com has a Zippy Flightmax 5000 mAh 20c 2s for $29, just buy 3 or 4 and you're good to go if one blows up.

yea its ok....... unless it blows up in your car that you just spent 4-500$+ on. you can trust it ,ill stick with the more expensive packs in my cars that spent 7-800$ on and countless hours building, preping and moding.

MUCH better idea, and at the other extreme, get a 9S, 6000 mAh, 40C battery for $330. Enough sarcasm, go with a SMC battery.

It's rated for 30C, so it really is quite powerful. The one I got stays in perfect balance, gets a lot of runtime and just plain out rocks. IMO, it's equivalent if not better to the TrakPower 4900 mAh gold brick, but about $50 cheaper (at the time I got mine).

that enerland pack is awesome.. if your geteting a battery i would go for that pack right there..
forget all the gold bullet connecters and that junk..
