How to turn off reverse on this LRP AI ESC?

I can't find it in the manual or on the net anywhere.

Also, how do I adjust the timing on this thing?

for reverse, I don't think you can as I believe its the same ESC I asked AE about.

only the competition ones have no reverse features.
