Default MM motor with vxl esc

If i run a 7700kv mamba motor with the vxl esc will it be less prone to overheating then if i used the mm esc. Running it with a 30c 11.1v lipo 4500mah.

the problem isn't the MM esc, just disable the bec and run a reciever pack. The problem is the 7700 motor will be over the max rated rpm and you risk your magnets seperating from the rotor.

I think you will burn up the ESC and over RPM the motor.

If your over heating on the mamba, then i would check your gearing. You might be geared to high.

The 11.1 battery will be faster on the 5700kv and a 7.4 battery on the 7700kv
